Reflection Probe | Issue with Specular color?

I noticed that the preview of my reflection probe shows black on objects that have a Standard (Specular setup) shader. So the albedo is black, but there is a color for the specular that makes the object look like a metal. This color isn’t showing up in the reflection probe. Am I missing a step to correct this?

It seems that turning the Probe to ‘HDR’ solved it…
