Exporting Animtations from blender to unity issue

I’ve been trying for a while now to export port models with simple animation and i’ve watch many tutorials and gone through i don’t know many many forums looking for help to my issue.

Every time i export the model as a .FBX my animations i made in blender never show up. All i get is this “Armature|ArmatureAction” as the clip name and if i try to view the clip in the bottom right widnow nothing ever happens, yet it works perfectly fine in blender.

I’ve set the animation up as an action in the action editor, named it run and clicked f on it to save that data for users, exported it and nothing it always turns out the same.

Some one pls help, about to throw my comp out the window lol for all the hours i’ve spent on this.

Sadly i can’t for any blender file i have with animation this forum says its too big.
