iOS 64 bit support problem

When I set stripping backend to IL2CPP and try to built, it gives this errors:

IL2CPP error for type 'MobileInputRuntime.ShapeNameCondition' in assembly '/Users/username/Unity apps/appname/Temp/StagingArea/Data/Managed/Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll'
Additional information: Build a development build for more information. Unsupported CustomAttribute value of type Mono.Cecil.TypeDefinition

Error building Player: Exception: /Applications/Unity/Unity.app/Contents/Frameworks/il2cpp/il2cpp.exe did not run properly!

I can’t figure it out. Please help. I use Unity 4.6.2 and Vuforia 4.

I believe that we have corrected this problem in one of the later releases. Please try the 4.6.3p4 release or later if possible.
