Does Asset Server work on CentOS 5?

I just installed Asset Server on a CentOS 5 VPS and the install worked. I was able to set the admin password, create two users, and create a project. So it seemed like it worked...

But then when I went to connect as my client account, it threw this error:

ERROR: permission denied for relation variantcontents

and then this

Unexpected error from server: ERROR: permission denied for relation variant

Anyone know what that means?

Yes it works. The error was because no clients were assigned to the project, so when a client tried to connect it didn't have permission. However, the error message could use some "massaging". :)

Is this with the 2.0 version of the Asset Server? Version 2.0 fixed the permission handling so that users would not be able to connect to projects they have not been assigned access to.

No, it's with the prior version. Haven't tried 2.0 yet.
