I've dealt with Sound Rangers in the past for stock audio. They're reasonably priced, have a no-nonsense license, and a good selection of sounds.

There is also this Audio Search engine I use called "Find Sounds"... its good when you are looking for something specific.... (only lets new users post one link at a time.. sorry for the extra post...) whenever i need a sound i always visit this site!
