create info window

Hello! I am new both to Unity and Javascript so i need some help with a project i'm working on! Can somebody explain me how i can create an info window or a pop up that appears on the screen as soon as the user clicks on certain objects? Thank you!

Thanks! Do you have any suggestions on how i can show a long text in the window?Using xml seems complicated it Unity...
