Strange Jumping Error?

I’m not going to use proper grammar. I apologize. I can’t explain correctly.
I am using the character controlling fps thing that comes with unity when i jump and look down i end up flying extremely high I am able to repeat this many times just be looking up then looking down i have a camera attached to an animated full body not just arms is that my problem or is there way to fix it with a script or in the settings for character motor?

You can either decrease angle range in Y for your mouse look controller or increase radius of you character controller (which I am guessing you’re using - the ellipsoid like thingie).
