I have both unity Pro and unity iOS basic license but I can't upgrade to iOS Pro. Does anyone has the same problem? I've sent an email to unity(sales and support) a week ago but they still haven't responded to my question. So I am going to post the question here and seek for help.

My situation is :

I bought an iOS basic license 6 months ago. Since I want to use the Unity iOS Pro, I bought a unity pro license a week ago. However, after I purchased the pro license I found that I should upgrade the old serial key.

My iOS Serial : Key A (Got it 6 months ago) My Unity Pro Serial : Key B (Got it a week ago)

As I know that if I upgrade from the iOS basic license to the iOS Pro, I need to pay $1100 USD. But the unity web page only has the $2600USD option which includes the unity Pro (I've already have Unity Pro and I cannot cancel that check box). I will be VERY appreciate if anyone can help me.
