feedback for my game?

Hi everyone, I don't know if this is the right place to post this But I made a gameplay trailer for my game and Ive been getting a lot of negative feedback but nobody tells me what they don't like about it. I tried to have a cartoonish theme and I didn't have a modeller so I used spheres and capsules for my characters. Can anyone tell me what they don't like about it so I can try to fix it? heres the video-

Also, "I have a question" is not a title that helps anybody.

The right place to show your work could be the showcase forum.
I would suggest to provide a link to a webplayer so people can test the gameplay and do not have to watch a (laggy) video.

Edit:
If you are working on Windows you could try this video capture software: Fraps

+1 showcase forum is the proper place for this. The question is subjective and can't easily be answered so the forum is a better home for this topic. :)

As SirGive said the lag is destroying the video experience. People aren't focusing on your game, they are focusing on the lag.

1.) Trying to see through the lag I'd say the intro graphic looks good, although it stays on the screen a few seconds to long.

2.) With regard to the game I'd say you can do some serious improvement on the games lighting. I assume you have Unity Indie? else you'd be using realtime shadows If so I'd suggest putting some blob shadow projectors on some of your objects just to get a bit of depth and some more detail into your scene.

3.) For the characters you might want to at least play around with some textures for them, and for your main character a good texture and a blob shadow will go a long way over what you have now.

4.) The skyline is a bit bland, I'd suggest adding some nice little clouds in, maybe a sun or something.

Otherwise its not looking too bad and good luck with your game :p

Just a quick list, hope it woun't sound too harsh:

-no graphics - assets. Even a programmer can at least connect some primitives to make a character with walking anim.

-ugly presentation - no lights, shadows, all flat with most default materials

-no real gameplay !

-lag. Why show any video with a lag like this at all ? Also commenting on it woun't really make it any better.

-ripped Halo (2?) music

To wrap it: you don't have anything to show (yet), so why show it ? I know you are eager as we all are to show your work to the public, but 1st you have to do some -serious- work. Or you cant be surprised by "meh" comments at best.

I hope so, as it would be SO ilegal. AND amateurish :)

The video is lagging to much to accurately judge how the gameplay is. I think that might be your problem.
