This might be a silly question, but do you know how do you take a picture of a ball for instance, and have it bounce? I want to send an email and include a picure of a ball and have it bouncing over the top of a song......you know like, "Follow the Bouncing Ball"

Short answer? You don't. Why? I don't ever want to get an email with a Unity Web Player plugin embedded in it. Nor do I ever want to get an email that plays music when I open it. I don't care if it has a bouncing sing-along ball, I don't care what the song is or who its from, I just want off your mailing list. And if you insisted on doing something so annoying, and you would use Flash. But you can't program anything anyway, so you're not going to do that. Stick to forwarding cute cat videos from YouTube and inspirational anecdotes from the church ladies group.

Does this have anything to do with Unity?

Having a Unity sphere bounce to the tune of a sound was nontrivial until Unity 3.5 when raw access of audio is finally supported. Maybe this question makes more sense now - how do you make a ball bounce based on the music
