Suggestions for Migrating from Source's FacePoser to Unity

I'm working on a project that's been developing in Source for a while now, but we'd like to move over to Unity. One aspect of concern, however, is the amount of effort we've put into animations, especially facial animations, using Source's FacePoser tool. Ideally we'd like a direct port from FacePoser to animation in Unity, but initial searches on that front don't seem promising. Can anyone provide a workaround or even third-party tools for conversion, or is manually replicating FacePoser using Unity's Animation Events the best bet? Thanks.

While I couldn't find a solution that saved the work already done in FacePoser, I ended up going with FaceFX, which generates the facial animations using only the audio file and can be modified from there.
