Using Unity free (not the pro trial),can we develop an android app and publish it?

No, you will have the either buy the Android standard or Pro License to publish to the Android. However you can still develop your game idea, then later on down the line buy the license and add in Android specific API's. Reference Thanks a lot! But Using Pro trial , can we build an android app and publish it? (i.e within 30 days)

So basically dupe the creators out of the license fee? No, in the terms and conditions of the trial I'm pretty sure it mentions no commercial usage. Its only $400 and if your serious about your idea you'd consider paying for it.

:D Thanks for the fast reply! And Im Still a Student so buying it would be difficult! I just wanted to publish a small free game! Im still a beginner though!So can u suggest any engine similar to unity where i can publish for free ? Thanks in advance!

Well to be fair, they gave you the PC version for free, which can be used later to port to Android. The only difference is you cant directly publish to the Android phone until you get the license. No big deal :D
