can we enable and disable the word wrap through scripting where ever we wanted in GUI.SKIN through scripting only

See GUIStyle.wordWrap and apply that in the same manner as your previous question about alignment. GUIStyle let you set up all properties for a gui "object". Check the docs on that to save asking a lot of questions about the many properties of GUIStyle.
