Your program is not working for whatever reason.

):< This is the third time I’ve written this out and it’s getting very bothersome. I suggest you fix your system for writing questions out while helping me with the problem I currently have.
For some reason, your Unity program is not working. It seems like it is bugging.
I have a Windows 8 laptop which is hardly even 3 months old with nearly no other programs downloaded onto it and no viruses or bugs in itself, so that is not the problem.
The problem, is that whenever the “Unity Web Player Setup” window pops up after I have accepted the terms and use page, another window saying “Unity Web Player is in Use” pops up. It says “The following applications are using Unity Web Player. Quit them to continue installation” and usually has “Internet Explorer” listed, as I am installing straight from your page.
As soon as the box is empty though, both windows start blinking randomly. If I close the second window then it will tell me the setup was not installed successfully.
I’ve tried several different tactics to get around this problem. I’ve saved the file onto my computer and tried running it straight from my desktop, I’ve tried closing everything on my computer, I’ve tried closing everything as I’m accepting the terms and use, all hailing with the same exact reaction.
I don’t know what’s wrong, but I’m almost certain that it’s the program that is not working correctly.
I really would like to have this fixed because I would love to play several games that require the Unity program to play them. This is very frustrating for me.
I would very much appreciate an answer, thank you.

Hi. Unity Answers is not the right place to post this. Please file a bug report, or post in the unity forums.

Thank you.
