Displaying camera output on plane/cube

I've been looking around for a decent answer, but so far it has eluded me. My question is, am I able to display a second (not main) camera's output onto a plane or cube?

If you have the pro version of Unity, you should be able to do this using the 'render to texture' feature.

And if I don't?

I'm not sure how it would be done without render-to-texture. (This is assuming of course that the surface can be arbitrarily oriented relative to the main camera. If you just want a rectangular sub-view, that can easily be done using multiple cameras.)
