Publishing Question - Is it possible to make the data folder and assets not modifiable by the game user?

Like the title says my question is related to the folder that is created when Unity publishes a game on PC. You get a .exe file and a data folder that contains all your assets, codes etc...

But that folder is modifiable, if someone goes into that folder he is able to modify the code for my game. So i would like to know if there a way to make sure that the user is not able to modify the content of that folder or if there a way to make sure he is not able to modify the code for the game?
