3ds Max Animation and Unity?

Hi,

I had created a Reload Animation in 3ds max i had used link constraint then i learnt unity cannot import linkconstraint nor does .fbx support it.When i tried to remove it in 3dsmax the animation got messed up .So does anybody know how to remove the linkconstraint so that is doesnot affect my animation.Please help me
