Unity Fatal Error: Out of Memory

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium(x64) and on December 1st i updated to unity 3.1.0f4 and on Friday at about 2:45 i tried to start Unity up and got an error message. i tried re installing but that did not help, i also installed it on my friends computer which runs the same OS as me and the first time starting it up it gave the same error. Unity doesn't even start it just gives the error. Does any one know what to do?

Yes, you have to add Unity to the exceptions for DEP (Data Execution Prevention).

What DEP does is prevent potentially harmful programs from running, the problem is, it thinks Unity is harmful so it's preventing it from opening.

Follow this guide to add Unity to the accepted program list:

That did not help

What exactly was the error?
