I have used “Brekal Kenect” to record some MoCap now i have a few BVH files, i then whent to blender and make a person, I added armatures, now how do i add the mocap to this person then put this person into Unity 3D ?

As far as exporting to Unity, just export everything (except the cameras and lights) from Blender to Autodesk FBX (you might have to enable a plugin of it’s not in your export menu). Then import it into your Unity project.
