Unity professional AI pathfinding tutorials?

I know this is asked alot but I still find that I didn’t get an answer… I would like to make a zombie system without 3rd parties but I also would like it to be very realistic. So I would like it to cut corners and such and run when it detects you and else wander… I already checked out loads of tutorials but all of them have tiny bugs that I hate to have (like ETeeskiTutorials: AI gets stuck sometimes on waypoints)… Does anyone know any advanced tutorials? Thanks in advance! (Sorry if I’m annoying…)
