Occlusion culling buildings disappear

I've tried every setting I could think of but buildings pop in and out awkwardly or not show up at all. It seems to be an issue with the cell size and the view resolution not properly intersecting with the target area so buildings outside of a target cube do not show up until I am in that cube area. So there are many close by buildings that do not show up at all. I would like to post a screenshot but I do not know how to do that on this forum. This is Unity 3.0 pro btw.
