[Closed] How Do you Make a "Slender" Like Game

I am trying to make a game that is a FPS horror game, but instead of using the usual Slender Man, I was wanting to use the Weeping Angels from the popular BBC show Doctor Who. I want to make 6 levels of difficulty, Noob – only 1 angel, Average – 2 angels, Novice – 3 angels, Pro – 4 angels, Extreme – 5 angels, and Master – 6 angels (most likely unbeatable). I also want to make a flashlight that runs out of battery after a short while, adjustible fog levels, and also pages that you can pick up (normally giving clues about the angels [yes you can live if you get all the pages] and each time you pick one up, they become more aggressive.) Any help would be great because I am extremely new to unity-style game creation. Thanks, TheSuperNovaCraft

Thanks everyone, I really love Doctor Who and Slender, but there is no weeping angels game thusfar that is really worth play, so I will take all of your advice. I hope this goes well.
