Building a room, Textures Strech

hi guys, i’m creating a Horror Game, i want there to be a single room, but the textures go dodgy. Once i build the walls etc, i add the textures, I tile them to 7 x 7, but i want a door way. When i add the door way i use 3 planes to outline the door,. but on the plane above the door, because it’s smaller then the others the texture stretches. I have tried changing the tiling but it just minimizes the texture, any help please?

First, I would not use Unity to model the scene like that, use Blender instead. But you can do it, just make different Materials for those different parts, which can share the same texture, but use different scale/tile settings.
