How many tris is required to port in all iphone and android devices

How many poly count is required and tris is required to deploy in all android and iphone resolutions …What is the maximum limit to use in one scene (if we have multiple levels) or in a whole game …which supports all the platforms mainly android and iphone…this question is for 3d game

and one thing more if we have 100 levels game so i have to create 100 scene for 100 levels…or 1 scene which integrate 100 levels…this question is for 2d game where i have different images for each level…

I tend to think that limit is 50000 non-skinned vertices/tris rendered for iPhone3GS (and old Android phones). Older iPhones? - who cares by now?
