Trail Renderer

Hello guys, i have a problem with the trail renderer. When i use use black as one of the 5 colors it comes out as transparent (no black at all). How can i fix it? I have also the alpha setting to 1 (visible).

Thank you, i have already used different materials (not black). Is that my fault? If i use black material will i have problems with the other colors?

why not just use paint and use the colors you want to insert it. Try to separate the colors. open paint then color them all with black. Then open another different paint and color it green. Then open another different paint and color it with red. So on and so on.

Hello, what do you mean paint? The windows built-in programm? I didnt understand really pleasetell me again :)

Yes, paint, the built in program. You already have that in your windows after you bought the computer.

Step1: Open paint then make it black and name it "Black".

Step2: In your project tab, make a material and name it "Black" also.

Step3: In the Inspector tab, press select find the Black Texture.

Step4: In your trail renderer. Click the words at the side of the word "Element" and find the Black Material.

You'll need to put a material so it could have a color. You can make an image that is black and make a material of it. You could then put it to the material of your trail renderer.

Ok got it. So the image must be just a black square? Of what dimensions?
