FBX Exporting from Maya 2011

Hi All,

I cannot get my rigged model to work in Unity. Animations are distorted and have a lot of glitches and flickering and even just posing the skeleton the bones are all messed up.

I am using Maya 2011 and I used the Advanced Skeleton plugin for the rigging. I tried exporting using both the latest FBX exporter (both baking and not baking the animations) and having Unity perform the conversion for me but nothing seem to work.

This is driving me crazy because in Maya everything seems to work fine (I also tried to re-paint bone weights, scale the model, start from scratch, bake animation curves...)

Does anybody know a solution or ever experienced similar problems? Any suggestions about a better work-flow?
