Importing Daz3d animations into Unity

I've downloaded and imported via Daz3d successfully a few house models into Unity which were created in Poser. The houses themselves look great--all textures, transparent and opaque, imported fine. The problem is that the the animation which was also imported is greyed out. It is listed as a component of the house in the Unity editor. I have selected "Play Automatically" in the Unity Editor. When I play the game, however, nothing happens.

Any idea how I access the animation? Thanks in advance.

So, I finally figured out this problem. The artist's animation, which he created in Poser, did not carry over into Daz 3d, which was the program I used to convert the file into an fbx, importable into Unity.

To resolve the problem, I just recreated the animation within Daz, imported it into Unity, and it worked like a charm.
