You don't have the permission to save it to the location to which you are downloading - this is a problem with your user account and not Unity.
where am i supposed to save the file?
Please use comments not answers when you are not providing a solution to the question. I have converted your answer to a comment
You need to save it to a location that has enough disk space and that you have permission to write to.
call me an idiot but why would i need permission on my own pc? i am not understanding this
