I can't make a windows build

Hello, I am using in Unity 3.5 Pro and i was attempting to make a build of my current project, but it failed. It fails when it says "building assets for scene 0" and just crashes, I'm assuming it is because of the memory, i work on a Windows XP SP3 with 2GB RAM.

To avoid out of memory problems I ran the build through command line, but it didn't work either. It disappears from my task manager so I guess it crashed, and no build has been made.

I would like to know a solution for my problem, all tips and solutions that will help me solve this problem will be appreciated.

Have you tried making your swap file size really large?

Also RAM isn't that pricey - might be worth adding some...

Swap file? I would add some RAM but I don´t see why I should, i could have a computer with 16GB and it would crash aswell. Plus Win XP has a limit of "readable" memory, it rounds the line of 4GB i think. I will try to make my project smaller, to avoid this.

P.S. - Thanks for your answer

If you don't want to add RAM or increase your swap file, I'm not sure that my suggestion of cleaning your hard drive and eliminating unnecessary files will even begin to help.

I never said i didn't want to increase the swap file, i was asking what the swap file was...

I will try to find a solution, if i do, i'll post it later.
