performance and closed geo

Hi everyone,

I want to ask if unity cares much if a mesh is closed (no holes) or not. "closed" means "inside" the mesh geo is not connected to "outside"

If there is no big performance problem I'll delete all never seen back faces from the geo. Or would this didn't help increase performance anyway with unity?
