Are you talking about the 'First-Person Controller' prefab? If so, it's in Standard Assets/Prefabs. (When you create a new project, you have the option of importing the 'standard assets' package.)
umm? i? have no idea, thanks but i don't speak unity very well, i am using 1st person prefab on a new scene from island demo, i will start a new project. ;)
