well i know this hasn't anything to do with unity itself but i'm working on a fps project, normally our modeller rigs the models in 3dsmax and i improt it in softimage. But we made a big mistake with importing a magnum(it comes into three pieces:the mechanism itself,the loader and the part that goes backward when firing),i animated a lot already wih the 3 pieces and now i suddenly need a rig beceause of the movement of the hands when your playing. So now the actual question: i made bones into softimage but how do you assign objects to them?
