Credits for asset maker of asset store

Hi guys, I have some questions on Credits writing. I am wondering how should we handle it: when we use assets bought from asset store (3d models, particles...) and how we write-up the "Credits" in the game. I think the right way falls between below 3 possible options: Hope someone can point out which is the correct one. :)

  1. It is a must, you have to credit anyone who make contribution to the game. So you have to credit the name of asset maker.
  2. It is optional, but if you want put their name in "Credits" you have to ask their permission first. You can't put other's name in "Credits" of your game without their permission.
  3. "Credits" are all free to write. You can write anyone's name even Albert Einstein and he has noting to do with the game. You can also not write the guy's name even all the models are made by him. Most of all, you don't need to ask anyone's permission.

You have to read the license agreement, if there are no specified license agreements in the acquired assets, Unity's end user license agreement applies. Read here,
