The title may be mis leading if so tell me and i will try to change... I wanted to ask you guys if there were any rules/things i needed to do before i could release my game... do i need a license... do i need to copyright my title of the game (if so please tell me how) etc...

You should check on the forum... Also copyright doesn't need to be applied for, I think you mean trade mark. The only license you need is any copyrighted assets in your game or software license (like Unity Pro for instance) but only if you're using them... You don't NEED to apply for anything. Just make the game.
Worry about making the game first and stop spamming these silly questions, What was the point of making another ID to ask slight variations on a question you've already asked (http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/18587/can-i-sell-my-games/18590#18590). The rest of your questions clearly indicate you're no where near the point where you need to worry about selling anything.
its because some1 took my other id i dont know why but my email, youtube, psn, 360, and this passwords all changed and i cant get them back... and i have finish lots of games and i wasnt talking about the current game im working on....
