You have to be a lot (!) more specific if you want some answers.. It's impossible for us to help you, as you could mean a hundred different things with what you're asking.. Well, what Drakestar said!

This question is way too unspecific. If you're looking for help o modeling 3D characters, there's lots of tutorials for various 3D packages you can google. If you're asking for how to control a player character, search the site for FirstPerson and ThirdPersonController. And again, googling will reveal lots of tutorials. If you're looking to create behaviors and AI for a "player person", you can search for Finite State Machines and Behavior Trees.
