Hi when i add [3rd Person Controller] and Play the Game the game start and the [3rd Person Controller] run even when i stop?! her is image taken when starting the game it start running animation but he is not moving

Try loading your animations again (on the right-hand-side of your screenshot , in the Inspector).
Where it says Idle Animation Missing (Animation Clip), click on the little circle after that . A window should pop up , with a list (hopefully of animations). Then just select the correct animation. i.e. Idle = Idle, repeat for all the others (Walk, Run, etc).
I havn't used the Unity TPC so this is all theory , but give it a go.
