Hello I just bought an asset from the unity asset store but for some reason cannot download it, it is not in the "my stuff" section of the unity store I also did not get a invoice number for the product, I have the paypal receipt and it does say that the money went to unity. so why can I not download this This is the first time I have bought from the asset store if that effects anything

To reiterate what @stingman said (and take this question off the unanswered list), this is something you're going to have to contact Unity customer service about. This answer site is basically run by the community, not the Unity folks themselves.

I think its an error with the payment with paypal. if the money have not been taked, that mean you need to make a new transaction
no no the money has been taken out of my account
contact Unity directly... better question for their support staff... never had this issue myself but I'd be frusterated too... just an fyi if this is your first time: when you purchas it you should go back to the asset you wanted to purchase and it should provide you with a link to import your asset into your current project. If not, contact Unity.
