Augmented Reality Project, Maya/Unity Import problem

I am trying to create and augmented reality poster using "Qualcomm ARI SDK". I have a Maya file with 4 animated models. They are animated simply by scaling and moving in Maya. When importing the the file as a .mb or .fbx only one of the objects shows animation in Unity, they work fine in Maya. I am using Maya 2012 and Unity 3.5. I hope someone can help me solve this issue. I have tried baking the files before importing and importing the separate objects in their own file.

Random info: The only thing I did notice was that; in the graph editor in Maya, I only see curves movement on the working object, the curves are a straight line across for the others. Also the objects were once a single object that I separated in Maya before I began animating them in the same scene. The working object is the first I began working on.
