Split Screen Game Audio Listeners

How do I get sound from both characters in the game seeing as only one audio listener is allowed.

As it stands only one character can have an audio listener and you can only hear the other character if he is making the sounds near the character with the audio listener.

Thanks.

I think this is currently not possible in Unity, and it's a good point - for split-screen multiplayer it would be really nice to have that kind of feature.

So what I'd recommend is adding this as a feature request to Unity Feedback.

You simply use an audio listener that isn't attached to either character, and play the sounds relative to that. See some discussion on the matter here.

I'm developing a Multi Audio Listener plugin that allows you to do split screen games. Let me know if you're interested in testing it!
