help! u3d 3.5 installation problem

while installing u3d 3.5, an error occurred, the pop up window said "extract : error

writing to file hologram_A.pas"

uninstall, install, didn't work, change a path, didn't work.

it happened when installing example project

so I unselected example project

and same error occurred with another file ORZ

Somebody know why? help!
