I have a 3D character who has run (forwards, backwards, left and right), shoot and reload animations while standing still.
How would I go about making the reload and shoot animations work while the run animations may be playing? I know I should do something with blending but if I try to blend both a shoot and forward run animation wouldn't the idle part of the shoot animation conflict with the run animation and make the character look like it's awkwardly waddling while it's reloading?
You need to create a new animation in Maya/Max which has both things happening sumultaneously.
No way to do it in unity.
