How can i make my bullet not to be seen when shot (Obviously tooo fast). And make a bullet mark where it suppose to collide.

Don't use a bullet at all- make it a hitscan (raycast based) weapon.
maybe u can use bullet with trigger option on that should make it invisible
if collide u can read bullet possition of that moment and put bullrt mark on that place..
