iOS Development

Hey Unityheads,

I want to port my game to iOS, but before starting it I still have some Questions on my schedule....

  1. Can I test MyGame in Unity or do I need an IPhone/Pad/Pod to test it(off course I need one finally, but can I get a vague Idea of it in Unity)?
  2. Can I test MyGame on an IPhone/Pad/Pod without beeing member of the iOS Developer programm(Only legal, no jailbreaks and stuff like that)?
  3. Can I simulate touchinput with a trackpad?

  1. Not really, you need the hardware to test the input and whether the game runs acceptably, unless the game is extremely simple.

  2. No.

  3. Not very well, as far as I know.
