Do you leave the checkmark on "Development Build" in the editor build settings when building your final signed licensed apk file for upload to Android Market?

No. It is not a development build, so therefore you do not need to check it.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
