I want to create a menu for my character in which the user can adjust the brightness of the game and also the volume of the sound. I dont have any idea about this since this is the first time ill be dealing to this adjustments. Do you have any tutorial?

As far as sound goes. Create a slider that adjusts the volume(or whatever you want to do). Then when you hit "Apply" or whatever you want, you use FindObjectsOfType to get all the AudioSources in the scene and change their volume. Alternatively you could adjust the AudioListener.volume instead.
As what comes to brightness/gamma(?) I can't say for sure. What I would do is change the scenes ambient brightness to a more intensive color. Whether that is a good solution or not is up to you to decide.
