Smple Networking using internet or Bluetooth

I'm a student at a manor new technology high school and i need urgent help finding a solution to setting up a local server for closely networked computers. I started with Bluetooth but when i ran the game on 2 separate computers one would connect to the other, and vice verse. Then i tried some unity tutorials such as M2H but those were really outdated. In need a solution to where both computers can play the same game and all actions of both players can be seen on both screens. Its basically a multi-player game.
