I'm really good at programming in unity with javascript, but I'm really bad at modeling and animation. Is there any site where I can join or make a team and split the profit? I'm only 15 so I can't really get a job at a company.

Before anyone thinks about splitting profits with you, you'd probably need to be able to show off what you can do.
I'm not saying you need some big fancy portfolio, but just for instance, if I were looking for someone to join my team (which I might be in the future), I'd need to know what exactly you have to offer. What you've done successfully, and things of that nature.
This isn't really a specific question about Unity. UnityAnswers is for development questions. If you want to find a team, go to the Unity forums. There's a special forum for such requests called Collaboration
Furthermore you should read the FAQs to understand what's the purpose of UnityAnswers and what's the purpose of the Unity forums.
