File Conversion Problem (max/maya)

Hi.

(I recently posted a question and someone agreed to help to convert the files but thats not feasable forever)

There are loads of .max files available on the net but being a mac user I just have maya. (files are with animation)

Now can anyone tell me a converter or something that would convert .max to .ma .mb or .fbx?
