Weather :)

Hey guys! Just saw the UniSky plugin, and its epic! But where would i start if i were to build my own dynamic weather system?

Would build one and make it open-source, All for opensource! :)

In that case, I would first determine which kinds of weather you want to support, and see what's available. There is a 'wind zone' for example. Snow and rain are done (also in asset store), but generally they are particle systems, and with 3.5, even better. In fact 3.5 has demos for several particle systems which look pretty cool, including a dust-devil. I wrote a tutorial on cyclones and storms for Unreal some years ago that might have some relevant ideas for you: http://www.unrealroc.com
