Unity Technologies provides some valuable learning material for you right out of the box by way of the product documentation. That documentation is installed with Unity and Unity iPhone, or it can be found online at the following URL:

Unity Documentation

Note: as of today the Unity iPhone documentation is only available by installing Unity iPhone itself.

Unity Technologies also provides some additional learning material in the Resources area of our website. These include tutorials, example projects, videos of all sorts, sample assets and more. All of that is available for free and is available at the following URL:

Unity Resources

Unity Technologies also maintains our company blogs, and in many posts we include videos that can often include valuable material for you to consider. You can read our blogs, and find our videos at the following URLs:

Last but not least, the Unity forums is where the Unity community hangs out. You'll find members on our forum helpful and polite:

Unity Forums

Community/3rd Party Provided

In addition to all the material above the community itself is an extremely valuable source of information. Members of the community help maintain the community wiki, one has written a book and many others maintain their own tutorial sites, all are worth checking out. The Unify Community Wiki can be found here:

Unify Community Wiki

Information about Will Goldstone's book about Unity development can be found here:

Unity Game Development Essentials (book)

And you can find 3rd party tutorial materials at the following URLs:

I'd like to specially point out that the "Teaching"-section of the forums is all about Resources, too. (For most people it's probably obvious, but for those few like me, who thought it was all about organizing some RealLife Courses etc I'd like to mention it) - Greetz – SisterKy Jan 13 at 22:15

In addition to this site, you can visit:

http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/ where you can find the documentation for Unity online and browsable. (Remember that you have a local copy of this installed with Unity on your own machine.)

http://forum.unity3d.com/ is where the Unity community hangs out. You'll find members on our forum helpful and polite.

Also, you'll find some great resources and guides created and maintained by the community at: http://www.unifycommunity.com/wiki/

For quick questions you can try the irc channel, #unity3d on irc.freenode.net

Here you can also find an article about how to connect to said community-run IRC channel: .../wiki/index.php?title=IRC

When on the IRC channel, do have some patience for responses. Everyone online is at least as busy as you and will reply to you as soon as possible.

Even if you do not have a direct question to ask, just hanging out in the IRC channel could be a good idea - gaining knowledge through other peoples questions and the answers to them.
